By downloading, installing, or accessing EWUMate (either via our Android APK or the PWA hosted at app.ewumate.pro.bd), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use our application.
EWUMate is an independent, community-driven project created by students. **EWUMate is not affiliated, endorsed, supported, or associated in any way with East West University (EWU) or its official IT administrations.** All trademarks related to East West University belong to their respective owners. We do not claim any official authority.
While we use advanced script parsers to update course sections and class timing directories as accurately as possible, the official semester listings on the university portal (portal.ewubd.edu) are the final authority. **EWUMate does not guarantee that the advising data in the app is 100% accurate, complete, or updated in real-time.** Users must cross-reference their generated routines against the official portal during advising. We are not responsible for schedule conflicts, missed advising slots, or registration errors.
Users uploading notes, syllabus files, and documents to the Study Vault agree that they own or have permission to distribute these materials. You agree NOT to upload copyrighted textbooks, answer keys for ongoing assessments, or any materials that violate East West University's academic integrity policies. We reserve the right to remove any uploaded resource without notice.
EWUMate and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the application. This includes, but is not limited to, academic penalties, incorrect GPA calculations, or system errors on your device.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the application, services, or databases (including the Study Vault backend) at any time without prior notice.
